Spanning 8,000 kilometers: “Jiangxi Wind” blows across Morocco
On May 9th, the "Tea for Harmony"-Yaji Cultural Salon 2025 and the "Jiangxi: A Unique Landscape" Jiangxi Day was held in Rabat, the capital city of Morocco, with over 120 guests from various sectors in China and Morocco in attendance.
This event featured four major thematic exhibition areas, presenting the unique charm of Jiangxi in a comprehensive and multi-dimensional manner. Jiangxi Ceramic Culture Exhibition, focusing on Jingdezhen blue-and-white porcelain, narrated the cultural resonance between Jiangxi and Morocco, and vividly showcased the historical heritage and contemporary innovations of this cultural bond along the Silk Road.
The "Picturesque Jiangxi: A Unique Landscape" Photo Exhibition offered a panoramic view of Jiangxi's rich artistic and tourism resources as well as its profound cultural heritage. Live performances of Jiangxi’s intangible cultural heritage, including Xiangdong Shadow Puppetry, Anyuan Paper-Cutting, and Luxi Farmer Paintings, allowed Moroccan audiences to experience the unique charm of Jiangxi’s traditional art forms.
Additionally, the Tea Culture Exhibition highlighted Jiangxi's tea brands, represented by "Blue-and-White Elegance Green Tea," through tea art demonstrations and tasting experiences, promoting cultural exchanges in tea between China and Morocco.
As Morocco's evening breeze gently caresses Jingdezhen's blue-and-white porcelain, and as the spring tea from the Ganjiang River mingles with the mint aroma of North Africa, this cultural dialogue spans mountains and seas, continuing to write new chapters. The picturesque Jiangxi sincerely invites friends from Morocco and around the world to come and experience the poetry and distant horizons of its unique landscape.
