The 7th Round of Ganchao Match Report: Pingxiang Team Scores Last-gasp Winner Again
From August 23rd to 24th, five matches in the 7th round of Ganchao(Jiangxi City Football Super League) concluded.
On the evening of August 23, the 7th round of Ganchao featured multiple thrilling matchups. In the second encounter of the "Nanchang-Jiujiang Derby," Nanchang team goalkeeper Liu Jiaxiang made a heroic penalty save in the final moments to deny Jiujiang team a winning goal, securing a hard-fought draw. Pingxiang team hosted Ji'an team at the Pingxiang Olympic Sports Center. After leading 3-1, they conceded two late goals to level the score, but youngster Zheng Yucheng scored a last-gasp winner, securing a narrow 4-3 victory and extending their winning streak to two matches. Ganzhou team ended its two-match losing streak with a 1-0 away win over Yichun team.
